The other members of your team will look to you for leadership. If you’re good, a couple of leaders should emerge and have the ability to lead other divisions of your organization as you continue to expand.
5. Live It – If you’re promoting a work/life balance, then you ought to be carrying it out as well. If you promote the requirement for overtime, then you ought to be carrying it out as well. Again, your team will look to you and if you’re doing the alternative of what you’re promoting, they will not feel just like they are area of the Vision.
